Refund policy


Our policy lasts for fourteen (14) calendar days. If fourteen (14) calendar days have passed since the time of delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, we handle everything. If the product is not in its original condition or parts are missing and it is not our fault, we will not issue a full refund.

In the event that the client does not comply with our conditions, he must bear the additional expenses that the entire process may cause. Once your return is received and inspected, if approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 4-10 business days.

It should be noted that there are some garments that cannot be returned. It appears in the product description if this is the case.

The price of returns is €4.50 for national orders (regardless of the number of garments returned). If you live in the cities of Madrid or Barcelona, you also have the option of having your garment picked up in 30-50 minutes for a price of €6.50.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us by email at


We currently do not make changes directly to our items. If you want to make a change from one to several items, you must make the return through the portal mentioned in the returns section and, later, you can purchase the new desired garment on the website. If the product is faulty or damaged, please email us at and we will tell you the steps to follow to process the change for free.
